Shipping Policy

FREE Standard Shipping in South Africa with purchases over R999.
Orders below this threshold will be charged a flat delivery fee of R150.
Colourbox offers one method of delivering your order to you, which is via courier.
Most of our orders to Main Centres are delivered within 48 hours.  

If you are in an outlying area, the delivery might take little bit longer. 

Kindly note that the courier cost for returns or exchanges will be at your own expense.

• We will provide you with a quote for the courier fee.
• If you are returning a product for store credit or a refund, the courier fee will be deducted from the amount owed to you. 
• If you are wanting to exchange a product, we will arrange collection once payment has been made for the additional courier charges.
• If you would prefer, you are welcome to choose your own courier.

In the event that you have received delivery of the incorrect product, or a defective product. We will investigate the matter and cover the cost of the courier to return it.
